• Nationally, CNN's "Poll of Polls" shows Obama leading McCain 51% to 43% with 6% unsure (10/25).
• In Virginia, the latest Washington Post-ABC poll shows Obama leading McCain 52% to 44% with 4% unsure, while CNN's "Poll of Polls" shows Obama up 50% to 45% with 5% unsure (10/27). Even Larry Sabato's Crystal Ball, one of the most cautious sources, has now moved Virginia from "toss-up" to "leaning Obama" (10/23).
• Barack Obama will make his 9th swing through Virginia since the end of the primaries when he travels to Harrisonburg and Norfolk this Tuesday (see the Upcoming Events page for details on the Harrisonburg event).
